The Chinese Cultural Ongoing Program (CCOP) is a Michigan non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization.


The mission of CCOP is to:

  • introduce, entertain and enrich people with the depth of Chinese culture through story telling, skits, singing, dancing, brush painting, calligraphy, exercise demonstration, etc.
  • increase the interests of students who are studying Chinese and stimulate local school students to learn this important language for the twenty first century.
  • expose the public to authentic and healthy Chinese food.
  • promote Michigan as a vibrant state and Midland as a culturally rich city.
  • share and preserve Chinese heritage.
